This blend combines three distinct coffees to achieve harmony between classic and exotic profiles. The components include washed Bourbon from Peru's Vidurrizaga Estate, washed Gesha from Bolivia's Marcial Huanca, and 96-hour anaerobic natural Caturra from Colombia's La Colombia Farm. The coffee features notes of jasmine, cream, almond cake, peach, banana, and licorice with a milk chocolate residual flavor. It has juicy medium acidity, high round sweetness, medium-low bitterness, and a medium-light body with silky texture. Purchased directly from Cafeterra, RUH Green Coffee, and Manantial Coffee, who imported them to Chile.
