Ethiopia Worka Wuri Gr1 is a washed, high-altitude coffee from the Worka Wuri station in the Gedeo Zone (Worka village), Ethiopia, grown at about 2,100 m. The lot is composed of mixed heirloom varieties and was processed using a classic washed method with fermentation and drying on raised beds. The cup features black tea and bergamot aromatics with flavors of grape, red apple and Earl Grey, a silky body and a clean, long citrus-accented finish.
