This single-origin Ethiopian coffee comes from the West Archi washing station in Nensebo, Sidama, grown at 2,000 m. It is made from JARC Ethiopian varieties and processed using a washed method with 36–48 hours fermentation and drying on raised beds for 10–12 days. The cup shows a jasmine and citrus blossom aroma with flavors of orange, green apple, and apricot, a creamy body, and a honeyed, floral finish.
