A washed Ethiopian coffee from Chire Washing Station (Niguse Gemeda and smallholders) in Aroresa, Sidama at approximately 2000 m. Varieties listed as 74112 and Heirloom. The coffee is depulped, fermented 24–72 hours to remove mucilage and carefully dried. Light‑roasted, it presents delicate elderflower and lemon notes, bright grapefruit acidity balanced by syrupy sweetness, and a smooth honey‑like finish.
