This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Banko Chelchele community in the Gedeo Zone, specifically from within the Gedeb district. Cultivated at elevations between 1,900 and 2,300 meters above sea level, it consists of heirloom varieties. The beans undergo washed processing for a clean, crisp cup. The coffee is light roasted, featuring honey sweetness, fresh strawberry notes, and a refreshing candied lemon finish with a silky-smooth body.
