Ethiopia Gesha Village Surma Washed

Gesha Village Surma is a Gesha 1931 selection from Gesha Village Coffee Estate in Ethiopia's West Omo zone at 2063 MASL. Dry-washed (depulped, 24-hour dry fermentation, channel washed) and raised-bed dried, light roasted (Agtron #75), presenting bright tropical acidity with pineapple, coffee blossom, lime, and grapefruit notes.
