This coffee is a micro-lot from Kenya's Thirikwa Cooperative Society on Mt. Kenya, grown at an elevation of 1650 meters. It features a blend of SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties, processed with a dry washed method involving 24 hours of dry fermentation and raised-bed drying. The roast is an expressive light, Nordic-style roast, delivering flavor notes of gala apple, brown sugar, almond, and juicy characteristics with bright acidity and a silky tactile.
