About This Coffee

El Vergel Decaf is a single-farm Colombia coffee from El Vergel Estate in Tolima (1,450 masl). The lot is Red and Yellow Caturra processed via a 48–60 hour anaerobic fermentation with controlled pH, intermittent drying, silo storage and a 45-day chilling period before EA decaffeination. Tasting notes include plum, chocolate and hazelnut. The coffee is roasted for both espresso and filter preparations.
