A blended release from Circasia, Quindio, Colombia (Campo Hermoso) combining three experimental lots processed via advanced co-fermentation and anaerobic techniques. Varieties are Pink and Red Bourbon grown at ~1550 masl. Flavor notes include elderflower, bergamot, mango, kiwi and a persistent strawberry-like sweetness, with pronounced florality and fruit-forward character.
