A Sidra variety coffee from La Josefina farm in the Napo region of Ecuador, grown at 1,500 meters altitude. Sidra is a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica developed in Ecuador, combining Bourbon sweetness with Typica's aromatic qualities for refined acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. Processed using an Anaerobic Natural method with careful multi-tiered drying and blackout curtains for a clean, flavorful cup. Tasting notes include Red Apple, Grape, Red Wine, and Raisin, with a rich body and long finish.
