This single-origin Ethiopian coffee comes from Shakiso in the Guji region, produced by about 30 female growers working with Sookoo. The coffee is dried whole inside the cherry (natural process), yielding a balanced, fruit-forward cup with prominent fruit notes and a clean, medium body.
