A single-origin natural-processed coffee from Shakiso in Ethiopia's Guji region (avg. elevation ~1300 MASL). Landrace varieties were dried inside the cherry using raised beds, producing a balanced cup with bright fruit character. Tasting notes include cranberry, smoked vanilla bean, grapefruit, and sweet tea; roast level is medium with moderate body.
