A Caturra variety from producer David Armijos, grown on a 3-hectare family farm in La Libertad, Peru, at 1800–1900 meters altitude. Washed process: cherries are washed in fresh water, depulped, briefly fermented overnight, rinsed, and then dried first on raised beds for skin drying before fully drying on patios for 7–10 days. The cup features geisha-like florals alongside apricot and vanilla candy flavor notes.
