Costa Rica Sumava Laurina White Honey is a single-origin coffee from the West Valley (Sumava farm) at 1600–1700 m. The variety is Laurina, a low-caffeine Arabica, processed as White Honey (mechanical-washed). It is roasted light and presents bright citrus acidity (grapefruit, kiwifruit), a candy-like texture and syrupy sweetness with a slight cashew note. Recommended for espresso and filter brewing.
