This Gesha coffee is sourced from Finca El Encanto in Filandia, Quindío, Colombia, at 1,750 meters altitude. Produced by Daisy and Fredy Acevedo, second-generation farmers who brought original Panamanian Geisha genetics to Colombia. The lot is fully washed, processed with a 24-hour closed in-husk resting phase, followed by 48-hour open dry-mass fermentation and 20-day drying under a marquesina. The cup displays bright mandarin and lemon zest, juicy grape notes, and a delicate jasmine tea finish. The coffee offers vibrant acidity, precise sweetness, and a silky, light mouthfeel characteristic of classic Colombian Geisha profiles.
