About This Coffee

City Limits is a year-round espresso blend composed of a 66/34 combination of Brazil (Inacio Soares F2) and Cerro Azul from Fincas Mierisch in Honduras. The blend features Red Catuai and Catuai (with additional varieties in the Honduran component) processed by honey and washed methods at 880–1650 masl. Roasted to perform well in milk-based espresso drinks while retaining complexity, it shows flavor notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and brown sugar.
