Decaf Kolumbien Espresso

This coffee is a decaffeinated espresso blend from Colombia, specifically from the Popayán region in Cauca. It features varieties Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia grown at 1500-2070 m altitude. The beans are washed processed and decaffeinated using the sugar cane method, preserving flavors of ripe fig, brown sugar, and dark chocolate. The coffee is available in whole bean form and suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
