Christmas in July is a seasonal blend of Colombian Pink Bourbon (Suaza, Huila, 1500 MASL) and Catimor from Pu’er, Yunnan (1350–1450 MASL). The lot combines cinnamon anaerobic honey and double anaerobic honey processing, yielding a heavy-bodied, sweet cup with notes of apple pie, candied orange, sugar plum, cinnamon, and root beer. Medium roast.
