Pink Bourbon from Bellavista Estate in Suaza, Huila, Colombia (1,500 masl), co-fermented anaerobically with cinnamon sticks and finished as a honey process. Bright acidity with horchata-like warmth, apple pie and caramel sweetness and maple candy notes; medium roast character and moderate body, recommended as an espresso.
