About This Coffee

This Burundi Gasura WX is produced by Angele Ciza and processed at the Gasura washing station in Kirundo, Burundi. The coffee is Red Bourbon grown at 1,400–1,800 masl and processed as a washed (WX) lot with a 14-hour fermentation and 2–3 weeks drying on raised beds. Sensory notes include almond, black tea and honey with apricot and raisin aftertaste; acidity is lime/citric and the body is juicy and light. Optimized for espresso.
