This coffee is from Colombia, El Purutal region in San Agustín, Huila at 1850-1920 meters altitude. It is Pink Bourbon variety processed by a Washed WX method involving dry pulping and 24-hour fermentation. The cup features bright notes of gooseberry, honey, orange, with green apple acidity, light juicy body, and a hibiscus-tinged aftertaste. The roast style is Traditional (Medium-Dark).
