Biloya is a single-origin Ethiopian espresso coffee from Yirgacheffe, Gedeo region at 1720 meters altitude. It is an anaerobically processed natural coffee with a flavor profile featuring pineapple, panela sugar, rose blossom, wild berries, and milk chocolate. The coffee offers lively acidity, a creamy mouthfeel, and a sweet, long finish.
