The variety is Sudan Rume, a rare Bourbon family strain originally from Ethiopia/Sudan border. It is processed using an anaerobic natural method. Flavor notes include maple syrup, almond, and blackberry compote, with a syrupy and smooth mouthfeel. The coffee is cultivated at an altitude of 1400 meters on a family farm practicing direct trade, organic fertilizer use, and sustainable farming.
