About This Coffee

A single-origin Costa Rica coffee from producer Allan Oviedo, processed as a Red Honey with 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation in cherry. It’s from the SL-28 varietal and offers a fruit-forward, juicy acidity with tasting notes of lychee, tamarind, melon, pink grapefruit, white chocolate, macadamia, plum, blackberry and brown sugar. An omniroast optimized for filter brewing but also suitable for espresso by a skilled barista.
