This 100% Kona Pacamara is a Pacamara variety grown in the Kona region of Hawaii and processed with a 36-hour anaerobic washed fermentation with yeast inoculation. Medium-light roasted, it delivers a smooth, rounded body with flavors of black cherry, white nectarine, Meyer lemon, gardenia, marshmallow crème and a hint of sweet basil.
