Each bean comes with a detailed story about its growers, flavor profile, and processing method, with a particular focus on experimental techniques like fruit and yeast fermentation during drying. Shaw's philosophy is that coffee farmers and producers are the real heroes, and the roastery's job is simply to showcase their work through gentle, precise roasting on high end equipment. Striking drum artwork by artist Blaze Warrender gives the space a visual identity as bold as the coffee.
