About This Coffee

Year of the Horse is an omniroast blend combining Yunnan Geisha from Yunlan Estate with coffee from Ethiopia. The blend includes both natural and washed lots and is offered across roast levels from light to dark. Tasting notes highlight oolong tea and persimmon with tropical fruit accents (including raspberry and mango). Brewing guidance is provided for espresso and filter preparation.
