Medium-roast, water-processed decaffeinated espresso from Huila, Colombia. Sourced from various small growers at 1300–1600 MASL, this 100% Arabica mix (Caturra, Typica, Catuai) is fully washed then decaffeinated via Swiss Water. Expect a well-balanced cup with milk chocolate sweetness and bright citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit.
