Founded in 2018 by Henry Miller, Latitude Coffee was established to focus on the quality and importance of micro-roasting. Originally from the UK, Henry came to Australia to develop scientific methods and principles around coffee, drawing on learnings from both the northern and southern hemispheres, hence the name.
