gota coffee expertsAbout This Coffee
This decaf coffee comes from the Nasa We'sx indigenous community in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, where it grows at 1,800 meters altitude in rich volcanic soil. The coffee features Castillo and Typica varieties and undergoes the Sugar Cane decaffeination process, which uses ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane to naturally remove caffeine while preserving the beans' inherent flavors.
