This Gesha from Hacienda Baja Mono in Boquete, Panama (1,500 masl) was processed using an anaerobic chilled-washed method. The light-roast coffee has a juicy body with bright, citric acidity and tasting notes of lemon cake, peaches & cream, mango, cherry, and delicate floral aromatics, finishing with sweet white-sugar notes.
