The blend includes Honduras Montecillo, a washed coffee from the central west region known for exceptional quality. Alongside it is Indonesia Gayo, a wet-hulled coffee from the Gayo Highlands of Aceh Province. The coffee offers flavors of salt bush, cedar, and caramel with a medium-dark roast level (4 out of 7 beans). Recommended espresso recipe: 21-22g dose, 50g yield, 29-31 second extraction time.
