Simbi Anaerobic Natural is a 100% Arabica Bourbon coffee from the Huye region in Rwanda. It is processed using an anaerobic natural method. The coffee features strong ripe blueberry notes, an aroma of lavender when freshly ground, and a lingering taste of chocolate cake. It is offered as whole beans and ground for filter brewing.
