About This Coffee

This coffee is a natural processed Bourbon variety from the Huye region in Rwanda. It features flavor notes of toffee, blueberry jam, and fig with a sweet, juicy mouthfeel and a thick body. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,850 meters and processed by drying the coffee cherries whole to enhance fruit sweetness. It is intended for espresso preparation.
