This coffee is a single origin specialty from El Salvador's Finca Santa Juana in the Santa Ana region, grown at 1730m altitude. It features the Bernardina variety, discovered as a mutation in 2013, processed naturally with 25-30 days drying. Flavor notes include orange blossom, jasmine, wild honey, tropical fruit, and mango, with a tropical acidity and intense mouthfeel. This lot scored 89.5 points in Cup of Excellence 2022.
