This coffee is a single origin Geisha variety from the Pitalito region in Huila, Colombia, grown at altitudes of 1800 to 2000 meters. It undergoes a unique 30-hour underwater fermentation followed by a washed process. The cup features floral jasmine aromas complemented by sweet tropical fruit notes and a balanced acidity.
