This coffee is a single origin from El Salvador, grown at Finca Los Naranjos in Sonsonate at 1400–1700 meters altitude. It is a Geisha variety processed with a Carbonic Maceration Natural (CM Natural) method. The cup shows tropical sweetness with flavors of mango, mandarin, and cacao nibs, having a complex, juicy, and well-structured profile with a medium light body suited for filter brewing.
