Blend of two Brazilian lots from Canta Galo and Sao Joao, roasted for milk to a medium-dark profile with a big, bold body and low acidity. Tasting notes include milk chocolate, caramel and hazelnut. Suited for espresso-based drinks and milk-forward brews such as lattes and cappuccinos.

Rosslyn Coffee
Rosslyn Coffee was founded in 2018 by Mat Russell and James Hennebry, two hospitality professionals from Australia and Ireland respectively. Built for speed without cutting corners, Rosslyn has become known for serving a high volume of drinks while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a genuinely welcoming service style. Alongside a rotating line-up of respected guest roasters, they also offer house coffees developed to work particularly as black, with milk and as filter.
