A single-origin coffee from Ratnagiri Estate in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, India (1335 masl). Catuai beans were co-fermented with lactic bacteria and fresh flowers (rose, jasmine, lavender) for 72 hours, then slow-dried; tasting notes include white flowers, chamomile, orange, and almond-toffee sweetness. Light roast with a delicate, floral body.
