About This Coffee

This limited run coffee from Costa Rica combines two producers, two varietals, and three processing methods. Produced by Allan Oviedo at Finca Don Joel in the West Valley region near Naranjo and Grecia, and by Pepe Fallas at Doña Daisy farm. The coffee features Gesha and SL-28 varietals grown at 1650 meters above sea level. Processing includes yellow, red, and white honey methods, which remove the outer cherry skin while leaving some sweet, sticky mucilage on the bean before drying. Flavor notes include peach, honey, tangerine, and quince. Roasted as an espresso profile.
