About This Coffee

Ponderosa COE is a Guatemala (Cuilco, Huehuetenango) Pacamara from Wilfrido and Hernán Pérez grown at 1650 m. Natural processed and awarded 4th place Cup of Excellence Guatemala 2024, it shows peach, bergamot, chocolate and caramel notes. Roasted using the roaster's traditional slow method for a clean, balanced cup suited to filter and immersion brews.
