Coffee from Salvador Dávila Ruiz’s Agua Dulce farm in Alto Mayo, Peru (approx. 1900 masl). Varieties Caturra and Bourbon, washed-processed and raised-bed dried. Expressive light roast yielding a bright, crisp cup with tasting notes of red apple, orange peel, walnut, and clove; light-bodied and balanced for filter or espresso.
