Panama - Santamaria Estate Centroamericano | Hydro Natural

This Panama coffee comes from Santamaría Estate in Paso Ancho, Tierras Altas District, Chiriquí. Grown at 1560–1940 MASL from Centroamericano varieties, it is processed using a Hydro Natural method (fermented, rehydrated as whole cherries, then slow-dried on African beds). The cup is described as expressive and sweet with deep fruit notes of apricot, tangerine, raspberry, black cherry and mango, offering notable acidity and body.
