About This Coffee

Panama Finca Deborah Gesha Nirvana is a Green Tip Gesha from the Volcan region of Panama, grown at about 1950 meters. This is a nitrogen-macerated natural Gesha: nearly overripe cherries are sealed under nitrogen, kept cool to control pH, then dried on shaded raised beds. Tasting notes include strawberry, raspberry, and purple grape. The coffee is roasted for filter (light) brewing, highlighting bright, fruity clarity.
