A Geisha lot from Panama (Chiriqui), produced by Manuel Alexander Barsallo at 1,850 masl. The beans underwent the "Coffeetologist" process: 36 hours oxidation, pre-dried for two days and moved constantly in a cold room. Tasting notes include orange blossom, blueberry, strawberry jam, and honey. Crop year 2025. This product is sold as unroasted (green) coffee beans.
