The coffee features Arara, Catuai, and Mundo Novo varieties processed using the Mountain Water Process Natural method, a chemical-free decaffeination technique that removes caffeine while preserving natural flavors. The cup profile features chocolate toffee, vanilla custard, and pumpkin taffy notes with a smooth, balanced character. Roasted to a medium level, it delivers the warmth and sweetness characteristic of Brazilian coffee.
