Brûlerie du Quai

About This Coffee

This natural processed coffee is cultivated in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil through a direct partnership with Sancoffee coop, which brings together over twenty producers of specialty coffees in the highlands of South Brazil. A blend of Arabica varieties Catuaí and Mundo Novo, this coffee is medium roasted to develop structural balance and aromatic expression. The flavor profile features notes of walnut, almond, caramel, and chocolate with a long finish and creamy texture. It offers a round, structured cup that balances bitterness and sweetness, with a medium-dense body that is smooth and consistent. Suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.

Brûlerie du Quai

Perched on the Atlantic shores of Quebec's Gaspesie region, Brulerie du Quai brings an ocean inspired philosophy to the art of coffee roasting. Founded by master roaster Dany, the company directly imports, roasts, and distributes its beans to over 400 locations across Quebec and New Brunswick. The seaside roastery in Carleton sur Mer is both a production facility and a destination for visitors drawn to the region's natural beauty. With artisanal roasting methods and transparent sourcing at its core, Brulerie du Quai ships Canada wide on orders over $65, making coastal craft coffee accessible far beyond the Gaspe peninsula.
