This coffee is grown at the Migu Estate in Yunnan, China, at an altitude between 1450 and 1600 meters. It is a blend primarily of Catimor and some Typica varieties. The beans undergo anaerobic natural processing, involving removal of the cherry skin and some pulp, followed by a 32-48 hour oxygen-deprived fermentation. Flavor notes include nougat, rum, and raisins, with a warm full cup profile. It is roasted for espresso preparation and has won the China Yunnan Brewer's Cup Competition 2020.
