Mexico Altura is a medium roast single origin coffee from the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, grown at 900-1000 meters altitude. It features a varietal blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra. The coffee is fully washed and mechanically dried, with tasting notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and tangerine, delivering a smooth, balanced cup with a bright citrus finish.
