This coffee is an Ethiopian Heirloom lot, washed processed and roasted as 100% Arabica. It is described as a light, bright cup; as an espresso it is more fruit- and acidity-forward, while in filter preparation it shows notes of peach, jasmine and Earl Grey with a bergamot note. The roast is offered for both espresso and filter and is sold in 250 g recyclable bags.
